I recently came across NYX products, I heard a lot about this brand
being mentioned by make up gurus on Youtube. When I finally found brand I
picked up these 5 items:
NYX Stay Matte But Not Flat Powder Foundation in Shade 3: I
recently ran out of my press powder and when I came across NYX products so I
thought I'd give it a try. My first impressions on the powder were all positive;
I found product felt really soft almost a creamy consistency. The powder is
light to medium coverage and does last throughout the day. Normally I wear the
lightest shade in foundations but in this case shade 3 matches perfectly! I
found shades #1-2 had a pink hues and shade 3 has yellow hue, I find
yellow tones blend best with my skin tone.
NYX HD Photogenic Concealer Shade: CW12 Green: As odd as
it may seem but the green hue in the concealer neutralizes any redness on your
face, from blemishes to irritations. It's great but it can be used for any skin
tones and skin types. You simply conceal any problem spots and then continue
with foundation over. End result a flawless face!
NYX Jumbo Eye Pencil #604 Milk: This eye pencil is loved by all
and is a staple in your makeup kit. It goes on so smooth and is highly
pigmented. It can be used as a prime or used on your water line. I personally
used it on my water line and it truly makes my eyes look much bigger.
NYX Lip liner Pencil in 838 Purple Rain &
Retractable Lip Liner in 12 Dark Red: This colours work perfectly for
fall and I can't wait to rock them. I've tested them out a so far I found them
to be very pigmented, non-drying and really help lipsticks from bleeding. They
are also so affordable I definitely need to pick up more colours.
